One interesting thing I saw in Leverkusen was about the comebacks they had even when they were losing the match against other teams. That's normal for any team to lose control and the other team can score goal against them and this happened for Leverkusen during this season a lot.
They are still unbeaten but they were very close to losing some games until the last minutes while Xabi Alonso and his players even gave up and they had good comebacks which makes us think this team will never lose hope when then they lose the game.
Now Leverkusen is winning the Bundesliga title after 119 years which is amazing for them.
I just can’t wait to see the end of this title race and seeing Bayern Leverkusen lifting the title for the first time in their history since inception of the club more than 100 years ago. For a game well done deserve all accolades and appreciation for their perseverance and efforts throughout the league games, at this point, they are the most deserving of the league title. I wouldn’t care how they play from now till then, but their performance till date is enough for them to be crowned the winners of the Bundesliga title. They are not given up and can be seen from their winning streak and how they perform wonders in final minutes to still win matches. Xabi Alonso did well and deserves an award also at the end of the season.
Frankfurt will be playing at home and they have a good record when playing at home in the last 5 matches they have played at home they have not lost so I think in the match against Bremen it will be very possible for them to win the match.
On the other hand, Bremen's performance is actually in a very bad state, they have never won in their last 5 matches and also the quality of the Bremen team has really decreased quite a bit in the second half of this season.
For now, maybe Bremen's position is still quite safe from the relegation zone, but Bremen also can't drag on in their downturn, they are only 10 points apart and there are still 7 matches left in this season which means that all possible bad possibilities are still possible for Bremen to face.
Werder Bremen needs to buckle up in this match and go for a win or at least a draw even though it looks very impossible for that to happen seeing the team they are going to be facing and their recent performance in the league matches which has been very outstanding. Werder Bremen should play safe at this moment now, for the matches that seems so hard for them to win, they can settle for a draw and if they can, they should go for a win in order to be on a better side before the end of the season. Seven games can make big changes to the position they will finish in the league, so they need every bit of point thee can get from now till then.
