I think it is unfair to make an allegation against any website/business without providing proof. As it stands, it means you can get any traction behind your complaint because we do not know whether you are or are not telling the truth.

Do you have any evidence to back your claim? If you had taken screenshots it would have helped but as icopress stated, a Letter of Guarantee would have been the perfect evidence. Do you have it?
Look at this ... I think he actually lost money. And I asked him to provide proof so that I could attach them to my post.
