After Bayern lost at home to Dortmund last week, I've already said that I think Arsenal can beat the currently weak Bayern Munich but after Bayern lost a 0-2 lead today I'm pretty sure they won't survive this round against Arsenal. Bayern only has its name but every other characteristic of the team from the last few years is missing.
Or what does the international community think about their performance?
Personally I don't think the performance of Bayern Munich in their league should have any effect their performance against Arsenal, the truth is that Bayern Munich has been in bad shape since the beginning of the season but they managed to be among the best performing teams in the UCL don't you think something is fishy? When they 1:0 against Lazio in the first leg of the knockout stage almost every one believed that they were never going to qualify again but what did they do they came all the way to trash Lazio 3:0 to qualify to the next round. A lot of people may pick Arsenal as the favorite against Bayern Munich but they shouldn't forget in a hurry the history that Bayern Munich has against Arsenal and since the champions league is the only hope of Bayern Munich, I won't rule them out against a team like Arsenal who may easily disappoint their fans that day by being beaten by Bayern Munich. The match is going to be a 50:50 game but I will be picking Bayern Munich to qualify to the next round ahead of Arsenal.
