I thought for a moment that I am looking at the wrong game. How is it possible that Juventus has 25% ball possession in their home stadium against Fiorentina? At second look I thought I missed an early red card or something, but no, it was a usual game and Fiorentina dominated the entire game, but wasn't good enough to score. Juventus is on a serious downtrend.

I think Juventus was just lucky in this match because they were able to get three points, and indeed these three points are important to widen the gap with Bologna. The reason is that overall Fiorintina's game was very good, but they were less effective in taking advantage of opportunities because Fiorintina was superior in possession of the ball and the opportunities they obtained.

If Juventus continues to perform like this, it is not impossible that their mentality will become a mediocre club in the future. Because to be honest, even though this match was won by Juventus, Juventus' match was very boring to watch, especially playing at home with a ball possession percentage of only %25, which is very bad for a team like Juventus. Maybe Juventus needs a new coach next season so that Juventus can become a respected team again in Serie A.
