
This is some kind of clownery, and the timing is such that it might be better if the initial decision on the 10-point penalty remained unchanged. In conditions where your position in the standings is constantly changing (regardless of you), it is probably difficult to maintain psychological stability.
But the main point of the clownery is that, as I understand it, those facts of violations by the City and Chelsea will never be considered.
Yeah i fully support the fact of punish teams who dont follow the rules and make some moneylaundry or not so good financial movements but man....... be serious about it, not only because you only target small and medium teams but also because you cant go foward and in reverse cutting and adding points to X team, when you play a game you are thinking about it and what is good to do, for example hold a draw in X match or go full for the win ebcause you need the point, this is also double unfair.
