10665 push ups?
Wow that's like 169 per day
Talk about drive.

My first 4 days were under 100 per day, and so by day 5, I only had 360 pushups in total.. an average of 72 per day.. .. so little by little I have been increasing my number of pushups per day (and per set, and number of sets in a day).. .. so it has been working out fine, so far..

There were a few days that I wanted to do lighter days, but I many of the times, I tried to push myself to what I perceived to be relatively healthy limitations. but frequently hurting and tired.. but something I could do and I feel is getting somewhat easier, even though I am still pushing myself.. and it still hurts on most days (if not all days).

it's the consistency that matters. With proper planning and setting out things that encourages you to meet up with the set out target, you can easily reach this hight.

I am not sure about the "easily reach" part, because even though anyone should be able to do it, it is not easy to keep doing it.. except maybe to be able to brag about it.. so surely it is within grasp for anyone who prioritizes doing it....

There's gotta be some kind of a perception of a payoff, especially to prioritize it in order to keep doing it...

It could be something as simple as making it compulsory that you aren't visiting the forum until you finish your pushups for the day. That way, it gives you the ability to be disciplined and dedicated to the task.

Fair enough.. but I would not have had been able to do as many pushups if I had not spread them out through the whole day.. and I probably would have injured myself  if I tried to do them in too much of a clustered way.. However, I am finding that now I don't seem to need as much recovery time.. but there is a kind of balance with recovery time that helps to be able to keep doing them.

You can decide to split your pushups into two sections; one will be the price of Bitcoin in the morning and then at night you do the other to mark how Bitcoin ended for the day. Like this morning now that Bitcoin is at $71k, that could be your morning target. And then when you're done with the days job you do the closing pushups that's going to be equivalent to what it ends up at. So if it's still at $71k, your total pushups for the day will be $142. You don't necessarily have to do the 71 at w time, with 15 pushups at a time, within 5 rounds you should have reached your target for the moment and it wouldn't even stress you that much. The advantage of consistently doing it on a regular bases is that your body gets used to it and every time Bitcoin goes higher than it previous price, it helps you to push yourself a bit harder and further above your normal limit which goes on to increasing your level of fitness.

I agree with all of this.

Ever since I started this push-up challenge which has really been of great help and benefit to me I have been able to do some numbers of push-up in the past weeks, though I wasn't keeping accurate numbers of push-up I have done ever since then, but I make sure I completed 100+pushup a day apart from last week that I decided to start keeping good record of numbers of push-up that I have done which was a total of 975 push-up.

This current week will be updated as I continue my push-up.

I am pretty sure that you cannot have any spaces in there.  So I fixed it - except you are also missing the number of days.. . .so you need to put the number of days in there to make it a proper format so that DirtyKeyboard can properly read it.

You are right @JayJuanGee I will probably make it a proper format just like as DirtyKeyboard has shown, numbers of days will be included i think I will still add time when I started my push-up and time I ended it in a session so is it can easily be understood so both all members here and DirtyKeyboard can probably read it I pretty appreciate your direction @ JJG.
