I agree with you that when a gambler applies or has a mind that tends to always be curious then obviously over time this can lead them to a worse situation, this is gambling where there are so many temptations that look tempting and I'm sure the curiosity that arises in them is caused by temptations like this, as you said that most likely they will enter and fall into unconsciousness which usually they will realize their carelessness when they have experienced significant impacts such as losing large amounts of money.
In gambling, awareness must really be maintained because falling unconscious is always a problem experienced by most addicts, for example, when you manage to win which usually there will always be a higher curiosity, even though it happens because of the urge of greed to get more, and sometimes this can also happen when you lose which you will feel that maybe with one more try then you will be able to win.
