Each time I visit this thread I always feel motivated about the push ups challenge I think Is the high time for me to resume to my normal daily push ups, but one thing I notice when I am doing my push ups is that i don't get use of counting my push ups, some time I normally do up 25 in the morning and in the evening but I don't get use of keeping up the push ups count I normally find it difficult in the challenge, but starting from tomorrow morning I will be recording my push ups count so that it will enable me know how many push ups I could be able to do in a day.
