They are confirmed scammers, that's a fact.
Sending out some small refunds (also to me) is nothing compared to the bigger amounts they still owe.
Their silence and absence from this forum says pretty much everything.
The story about how and why they went offline was ridiculous in the first place and latest now everybody should know this was just another lie, just like this "refund plan" which in their eyes is "solved" now.
Dirty people doing dirty things. Hopefully their next scam project will fail. We as a community should do our best to expose these scammers as soon as the new project is running
If they haven't sent or only sent a small amount to you it's quite outrageous and we don't believe their words again, but if only a few people got their funds back and there are still many people who haven't gotten it then maybe they need time to collect funds and return it.
