I wanted to wait to report until I liked the number I was reporting. Smiley
I’ve also gone over 100 a few times but I’m not tracking that. As I’ve said before, I think rather than going over 100, people should focus on adding other exercises. I’m focusing on squats, stairs, and curls, but need to get more regular with my pull-ups and sit-ups. To each their own though.

Actually squats is also a good part of exercise to take note of because it functions are the same with so many part of exercises and can be used by anyone because is more of a easy exercise but comprises of numerous dimensions of exercises and one thing about squats is that it makes you to be more faster and build the body, actually squats is another method of Push up because they work relatively together and however in terms of exercises there are some form of exercises that can hardly been use by most people who are too advanced on age, so diversifying to other form of exercises that there body can handle is also very important provided that they keeps doing there exercise.
