The UEFA vs City scenario will just repeat itself - the crimes were proven, but City escaped punishment for procedural reasons.
I do not think that case was a simplistic as this, but heck, I did not follow that case up either.We will need all the optimism we can get to get through this round of the UCL. Tough match up yesterday and another tough match on Sunday. Bayern have lost the league so will have the liberty to fully rest their players this weekend.
