I have same thoughts as you because if you watch since the season began, Arsenal have been having advantage of topping the table till some extent, Either Liverpool or Manchester city will also overtake them and top the league and if not that Liverpool drew their previous game against Manchester united, Liverpool would have still been topping the table so for them to still give Arsenal chance of topping with goal difference is a sign that Arsenal may be most likely to win the trophy though we can't also underestimate the ability of either Liverpool or Manchester city to win due to the minor points they are topping each other with
Arsenal's performance has been good since last season, but last season Arsenal was unable to maintain its consistency when it entered the end of the season so it lost the opportunity to win the English Premier League title and was won again by Manchester City, this season Arsenal are still performing well and are once again a challenger. The Premier League title competes with Manchester City and Liverpool. If you look at it in terms of performance, Arsenal is indeed convincing enough to win the title, but Manchester City and Liverpool are still Arsenal's strong competitors.
