There's even one opinion that I've read before about what if Bitcoin was actually made by the FED. 
Too many theories about bitcoin, I have also heard some opinions that bitcoin was created by the FBI and now there is a more attractive hypothesis that bitcoin was created by the FED, LOL. I don't believe in any theory because I believe that those centralized organizations always seek to control us
so why would they create something for everyone that even they cannot control? If you wanted to control and manipulate people, would you create something that even you couldn't control? No one is stupid enough to shoot themselves in the foot like that.
I don't know, only them can answer that but are they the creators of it? they're just rumors and opinions as I've said so nothing to get serious with that.Bitcoin is bitcoin, it's decentralized and who created it, who is Satoshi, everything doesn't matter anymore.
