I doubt that Arsenal can win this round, indeed both teams still have the same chance, but in the next match Arsenal will face Munich away, of course this will make Arsenal feel pressured and I'm not sure that even if Arsenal uses all their strength, Munich will also do the same thing, let alone competing at home will make Munich more confident to win.
On the other hand, I see Bayern Munich who are now less worried about facing Arsenal. Moreover, if you watch the match in Leg 1 and based on match statistics, Arsenal is superior. It doesn't matter if you play away because the mentality of Arsenal players is still worth betting on. Bayern Munich had minimal possession of the ball in the first leg, resulting in an imbalance in Tuchel squad which is still a serious problem for the Bayern Munich players. So in my opinion, even though they are playing at home to Bayern Munich, Arteta troops can still provide the same resistance.
My prediction so far is that Arsenal will qualify and will fight in the semi-finals with the possibility of Manchester City as their opponent. On the other hand, Atletico Madrid met Barcelona because their respective opponents showed setbacks, Dortmund couldn't do much and PSG was clearly still having difficulty turning things around after losing 2-3 at home.
