Yes, that's true, indeed Arsenal and Liverpool both have points superior to City, but I think they can still catch up in the next match. I also think that in their next match City can win by a landslide. However, even though City are currently playing very well, they cannot underestimate their opponents, like when they played against Real Madrid with a draw, that's not too bad either, with City being able to match Real Madrid, in my opinion it proves that City is a really strong team.

Man City will play the day before Liverpool and Arsenal and it looks like they will be able to win that match easily, so Man City will be in first place in one day. What's quite tough is Arsenal because they will play against Aston Villa, which has had quite a good performance this season. However, Arsenal still has a bigger chance than Aston Villa because Arsenal will play at home.
Arsenal maybe lacking here in the game against Aston Villa not because they cannot win the game even after such an opponent,they surely can but because they need to save power for the upcoming 2nd leg of the Champions League which they will play in Munich and will have a hard time if they spend to much energy during the game of Aston Villa.It is in Arsenal choice what would they value more,the continuing of a superb form in the Premier League fighting hard for a title that they are a couple of years near missing it or shift focus during this week for the Champions game risking big for their overall fight for the title in the Premier League.
