Atletico Madrid are coming back to the La Liga after a really valuable win against Dortmund. I think they will reach next phase in the Champions League as well. Simeone is doing his best to keep a balance between the Champions League and La Liga. However they are still under danger of finishing out of top four in the league. 
In this month they are playing two tough league games against Girona and Athletic Bilbao. Both are home ones which could be seen as advantage. If they collect 6 points from these games I will be more confident about them to finish in top four. Otherwise they might be in trouble.

Do you also (like the bookmakers) think that Atlético will advance to the semi-finals? It seems to me that a one-goal advantage is too small to quote the teams’ odds as the bookmakers now quote them:
Atlético - 1.43
Dortmund - 2.80
And in the national championships, the clubs have a similar situation (Dortmund is even worse), but still the decisive game will be on the field of the German team, and Atlético will be after a difficult game with Girona. Dortmund will be after Mönchengladbach, which is far from its best times.
