I suck at designing signatures myself so I would have to shell out a few hundred to jayce if I want to make another set of signatures. 
You might want to talk with members who already have similar free signature campaigns in forum.I don't think it's that much expensive to make simple signature and there are also members who can do this job for free, since you don't need anything complicated or fancy with many elements.
