I very much think that this will certainly be a normal reaction for anyone who has millions of his own property stolen from him. No can laugh at him or criticize him for calling the FBI. I assume that he is a tax payer, it is his right. Also for this case, Luke will never trick the FBI. He will certainly be caught and sent to prison. The guards might think he is Sam Bankman Fried's twin hehehee.
