Considering that you mentioned everything is legal ^{[e.g. licensed miner]}, am I correct in assuming that apart from having access to that electricity rate, you also have a certain amount of mining equipment at your disposal and you're only seeking partners to help with the missing infrastructures or you're missing both of those things?
