Let's take West Africa for example. Every country in West Africa has the resources to be a great country, but the greed of their leaders won't let them. I can't blame the West for that.

I totally agree with you, African leaders are too greedy and that has lead to our undeveloped and poor economy till date, if only African leaders can let go of greed and bring up there mind in building a great nation then we will grow and become even more great than the white nations we have the resources needed for that.
