you pasted a wrong username. You are referring to @NexusBet, which is not a scammer in my opinion, but above you there is a comment from @LuckyLabs[1], who appears to be the scammer.

This should at least give a circumstantial evidence that both accounts are connected. Whether their rebuttal hold its water though, that they don't sell the script like what's shown on OP's screenshots, I can't check that because the screenshots --at least from my side-- will need microscope to be fully comprehended.
