They still don't have e-gaming license, in a sense that they're currently a "rogue" casino, if anyone ever has a dispute with them, their only means of resolution will be with their staff, they can't escalate it to higher authority.
I'm not sure what you tried to mean here by the 'e-gaming license'. According to this post of yours, they have taken the license from Gaming Curacao N.V. (365/JAZ). This master license operator website doesn't work anymore (Gaming-curacao.com). Anyway, I think it is possible to get help from Morganite Corporate Services B.V. for a dispute, it is 'statutory director' of Base Online N.V. Whatever, the license doesn't bring any value for Basebet as the Owner is a scammer. Sorsis scammed the users of Betnomi openly despite having a gaming license from Curacao.

That was when BaseBet recently "surfaced", which basically betnomi with a different name. They used all of betnomi's template, only changing the name. That statement I made that they claimed to be under GC [365/JAZ] was because of it, that they copied betnomi's template, with the seal of validation obviously missing since it'll show as invalid [different website above every other possible reason]

Later on, Sorsis clarified that the page is meant to be a "test net",  a demo page, and basebet will get a glowup when they're fully operational. And this "complete UI/UX redesign and rebrand" comes with absence of license too.

For a better understanding, you can compare the footer of their website from before the "glowup" and after:
