Is it possible to reply to a topic without bumping it? I think this would be a very useful way to warn others of scammers, trolls and suspicious posts without bumping the thread to the top where more people can see.
if there's any Illegal activity going on that remains a dubiety, or sometimes ascertained, letting out a notice to everyone is certain; Your question is -- To what level of privacy is needed should there be an escalation? That's not even needed! How do you intend to let 57,000 active users know about a scammy project by posting them on a board that doesn't have the thread-bumping option [if there's anything like that]
