That's enough to know that the refund plan was just a bait to gain trust of the players who were discouraged by the fraud of Betnomi. They have started their new casino without solving the problems that they have created on their previous casino. They have tried to fool the community with the so called refund plan, which was actually a bait plan to gain the trust of the players which they have lost because of their scamming.
