Well you should! Your thread reached over 80 pages. Limiting merits only won't just cut it now. Also It's too easy for a farmer to farm merits. On the other hand, I think having 6 months worth of activity should be a must. So newly created farming accounts won't be able to participate without genuinely becoming an active user. Some night oppose newbie should be given space for growth but there are other threads/ways for that (My perspective).
