Maybe we could implement something similar as one of the "addictional posting functions" but for all boards?
I don't think this is going to happen any time soon.
It's not so hard to bump any topic with new post, and if you want to warn moderators about scammers, trolls and suspicious posts you can do it simply with
Report to moderator button.
