For those who are having difficulty maintaining a certain number of push-ups in each set, such as doing 15 push-ups each in 5 sets, when you are doing your push-up, do not be in a rush to complete your push-up. Always take a minimum of 20 minutes to rest before you can start another set so that you will have enough strength to do the same number of push-ups you did in your first set.
This is very important, we don't have to take the challenge as a military work. Yes we have to be committed to the challenge, but it shouldn't come to you as a burden. If you make it looks like a burden to you, you won't enjoy the challenge. You should spread out your sets, so don't be much of a stress to you. Moreover nobody is punishing you for not doing all sets at a stretch.
Why this one ends up on something to be an issue? Of course no one is really that forcing you to do push ups. Its true that if this one turns out to be that a stressful thing and not something that you do enjoy
with then there's no point on continuing but since most people here are Bitcoin enthusiast or someone who do support or loves to see Bitcoins price to shoot up into the moon then this kind of activity
will really be giving out that kind of interest for you to pursue at the same time you would really be making your body to be healthy as well considering its an exercise.

It doesnt really need up to be directly be getting that 100 push ups directly which pretty sure that 99% of people would really be failing up on the first attempt.
Dont force yourself if you've seen that you've failed. Not everything could really be done on first try so its normal that you would be needing that gradual approach on things. Smiley
