I don't want to do this anymore.
This pussy is dead to me now. The first thing I do when I wake up is push-ups. I'm now fully addicted. Hard to believe that less than a month ago I was thinking that I wanted to quit. I look and feel so much better, I feel lucky that I stumbled across this challenge online and decided it would be a good thing for this forum. I wouldn't say it's changed my life, but it's definitely improved it. I can do more push-ups now then I could when I was 20! I won't ever win any races against my younger self, but I'd bet I could kick his ass in a boxing match (he would disagree).

I am beginning to wonder if maybe halving day can be considered a holiday for a day off break or if that is just weakness talking...
Anybody else in for a 200 push-up day on Friday or do you want a day off?
Am in for this particular challenge on Friday, hitting 200 push-up on Friday is really going to be great moment and it will also be an added advantage in regards to my push-up growth because performing push-up at such high number like 200 will help to increase muscles mass and muscle growth.
And a better way I can achieve this 200 push-up on Friday is to perform it in 5 set, 20 reps in each of the set morning and evening that will make it a total of 200 push up.
So I will be considering a halving day as a day of achieving 200 push-up, so @OgNasty am solidly behind you on this 200 push-up on halving day.
