Are you guys eating protein? That's what the body needs to make new muscle tissue! Hydrate with a good electrolytic drink like apple juice and mineral water in a 50/50 mix with a pinch of salt. Or non-alcoholic beer.

Yes, since I started this challenge, I have been eating eggs and milk, and sometimes I eat chicken breast to help build my upper body, and since then, it has been helpful to me.
