Well I am really impressed by Ancelotti management skills and tactics because they way he is managing his team position not only in league table but out of no where making an unexpected comback in UCL against Manchester City too where things were completely looking like going against them and we have according to previous record they lose against them in UCL too so such hype and pressure favour indicate same result but real make history by leveling the game first and then take a lead in penalties which push them to promote to next stage i.e Semifinals. Now they will face Bayern Munich which look like be fair to tackle as because they really get rythm and momentum through that tough and important victory now let's see how they move to final and then bring back cup too

Real Madrid under Ancelotti's direction has their own unique style of play and indeed this seems to have become the hallmark of Real Madrid whoever becomes their coach. They are not aggressive in controlling the ball, they prefer to play effectively and their advantage is that they are very effective when carrying out good attacks. Indeed, I think they have decreased a bit in utilizing fast counter attacks but it is still quite noticeable and also good too.

Manchester City is clearly not an opponent they can just underestimate, especially when they are playing as hosts. However, we can see how calm Real Madrid was in facing Manchester City's aggressiveness in attacking. They were very calm and that was one of the keys to their success in this match, even though they won in the penalty shootout. Here, the mentality of the players is very reliable, and we know that Real Madrid is a club that has a very good mentality in the Champions League.
