Are you guys eating protein? That's what the body needs to make new muscle tissue!
It was lately I started eating more of seafood, fish and beans sometimes I add egg too after knowing how important these food are in our body expecially when exercise is involved, so ever since then i noticed some little body change for it has help to increase the muscle mass, these food also help to boost bone health but in as much as we need proteinous food to help boost muscle mass we should also avoid or limit food with high level of sugar in other to stay more healthy. We should also know that eating fruits after exercise also help to body look so fresh, is always important we stay fit and healthy and exercise is one of the major key to that.
