Looks like Israel did not want to look weak, so it retaliated, but also did not want to damage anything significant, so it retaliated with a few drones? I don't get it, since the city they flew towards had a nuclear reactor, so maybe that was a target, but surely they could've used missiles... IMO the strike that wasn't supposed to escalate the situation but warn Iran that Israel will react to attacks made Israel look weak, like they can't afford a real strike. I have similar feelings about this situation that I have while watching NATO scramble fighters to intercept Russian bombers in its air space and then it it approaches them and tells them to turn back and a month later Russia does the same thing.
