Revealing ourselves is actually just expressing our thoughts, not everything has to be told to other people, if one day the other person has moved away from us then it will be a shame, and if we are talked about by that person, our weaknesses will become increasingly known to other people. We all have problems, so not all problems need to be known by many people. and it's not important to explain it either. Keep doing positive things and exercise.
