its a Decentralize exchange similar tor uniswap or pancakeswap but with a diffrent router.

1 ETH = 131034000 SHIB is what you gets on Uniswap Currently.

So you can see the difference.
They are  pooling liquidity from investors NOT from uniswap which gets its price from Centralized Exchanges like Binance.
