There are some bad daily habits that always enter our daily routine, as we do them with full awareness, aware of the dire consequences that follow them over time, and that we have no benefit or interest in them , the only thing that we gain is harmful to ourselves and a waste of time and money, and perhaps the consequences reach others, such as smoking or speeding while driving... There are many examples .
