To be fair with them, The issue involved multiple account abused which means they still don’t have any records of asking KYC for regular users without any ToS violation.
They use the word 'multiple accounts' or 'violation of the terms ' as a weapon to apply the KYC verification rules. They enforce the KYC verification to the normal users as well by using those words.
They should just ban the user involved on their previous controversy instead of asking KYC to protect their reputation since they already have proof of account connection while they have NO KYC policy which is their selling point.
Jackbit team trying to defend themselves instead of accepting the truth. You will rarely find any casino now without the KYC verification requirement. It is a shabby practice for any licensed casino to advertise as No-KYC casino.
