Bitcoin has halved, it is not really predictable whether Bitcoin will rise in the coming days. But currently Bitcoin is looking bullish. I don't think it's a bad decision to invest in Bitcoin yet, if the bull season starts in the future we can see the price of Bitcoin go up a lot. I don't know what you mean by junk coins, but if you mean altcoins, I wouldn't consider the top alt coins to be junk. If Bitcoin goes up in the coming bull season, I think the top altcoins will too.
