I don't think anything will change. This is a good story, a good read to learn lesson for others. You were unlucky and Rollbit was lucky. You were giving your money willingly, Rollbit did not ask for it from you.
This is not a scam accusation at all. Remove the word from the title and the story will look different.
I guess, the OP really is just trying to pass the blame to someone for all the money he had lost and probably hoping for some compensation.
That's indeed what he is doing to feel better. Give him a thousand, he will spend it in gambling again. It's one of the nature of a gambling addict.
