Happy halving everyone. The blocks are currently over 20BTC in fees, this is the perfect time to be mining solo whilst this wasted money is on the table from the spammers.
i almost turned on my single asic the night of the halving, but i ended up not getting around to it. i was wondering if small home miners are still finding the occasional block as they used to. does anyone know?
Yes but it's extremely rare. Considering people only had to turn on all their old inefficient miners just for a day at a chance at the insanely profitable blocks would have been worth it, but that craziness is now over.
