I would concur and say an escrow service would be the best option Captain

Also, I'm not interested in seeking any compensation from the IPO, I already hold a large stake in iCoin and I'll simply let that be my compensation

The convention was relatively cheap (flight, entertainment, iCoin giveaways) and was paid for out of our own pockets by converting BTC to USD if anyone is interested.
