What's the essence of all the hustle and bustle and learning and reading and keeping all the sleepless night? Isn't it all about money?

All this means that you will devote yourself to the welfare of humanity by studying and acquiring the right knowledge - that is the main objective. You can get a taste of real education if you study in a good institution and under the influence of right religious knowledge. Whether you are an engineer doctor or any professional you need the right knowledge, and to gain knowledge you need to go outside the house and that is possible only through hard work.

You can't value everything in terms of money because the children of people with a lot of money can't get proper education and the children of people with very less money are highly educated and engaged in human service and earning money as well. But you shouldn't just take money as the main thing here because if that were the case then there would be no sense of humanity in the society - everyone would do everything for money.
Sometimes there are people who think like that, but not many because it is just a process whose aim is to earn money. Serving as a doctor or teacher for society is not always sincere because if it were not for money, not everyone would want to do that.
That's realistic and it must be acknowledged.
Regarding the process that goes through for reasons of learning and whatever, I think it's just nonsense, we are talking about education, not religion.

Money is not everything and not everything can be valued in the form of money, but we also have to be realistic, regarding humanity and also education is something that all humans need to be able to get and there are many volunteers who care about that so they are willing to make sacrifices, I admit that but from what they went through when they first started seeking knowledge was for money and survival.
