A replica should be pretty easy for you to make. Go buy the same pad of paper and a pen, print out the sign and then go to work doing some tracing. As far as counterfeiting collector’s items goes, this has to be one of the easier items to replicate if someone did want such a thing. Say how much you want to pay and I’m sure someone would be willing to make you one.
