I'm not sure about how fast withdrawals are, but I experienced some delay in crediting winnings for one of my winning bets. The first time I contacted customer support, I was told they rely on their providers to process bets which can sometimes result in a few hours of wait.
I contacted them again today (after 2 days) and they had to sort that out manually. I have to give it to them that their live support is really fast and helpful. That's a plus as some bugs/glitches are always expected in newly established casinos.
