The drawing process isn't automatic for the Lambo. wetsuit needs to run a script to make it happen.

The ticket file is finalised automatically when the timer ends and the next round starts then with the creation of a new ticket file.

How long you have to wait for the draw process to start doesn't have any effect on fairness.
