Even though Ragnick never achieved anything extraordinary while he was with Manchester United, I don't think there's anything wrong with Ragnick accepting the official offer from Bayern Munich. Although I am also not really sure that Ragnick will be able to change Bayern Munich's performance for the better next season, because Bayern Munich needs a coach who has really been tested and has brought a team to become champions in the past. So this might help Bayern Munich a little in changing its performance to be more competitive in the coming season.
I think at the moment Bayern Munich are starting to panic a little after they failed to get Nagelsman and Alonso, so it seems to be starting to approach coaches who actually do not have outstanding achievements when coaching a club, to be honest I think bringing in Rangnick is not the right choice if Bayern Munich want to bounce back next season, currently Rangnick is the Austrian national coach even though maybe he will leave the Austrian national team if he gets A better offer than Munich but I think Bayern Munich need to think again to sign Rangnick, so far Rangnick does have good achievements when coaching small clubs but when he coaches a big team like Manchester United of course we can see Manchester performance has not improved at all.
I think it's time now for Bayern to break from their old habit of always recruiting coaches who come from Germany or have coached in the Bundesliga and it's time they want to open their eyes to see coaches from other countries and leagues at this time, because I think many other coaches besides German who also have quite brilliant achievements and deserve their consideration to become coaches next season.
