I really don't know if Xavi Alonso will change his Coaching team from Leverkusen to Bayern Munich or if he will be staying at Leverkusen to still keep the dominance with the Leverkusen team.
I've read Xabi will never leave Leverkusen for this new season. Then for the coaching team, there is no official news yet. But I'm sure Xabi still wants to keep that team at Leverkusen. But I don't know yet if money can speak more to change other. For now I read in the local media that Bayern Munich have approached Nagelsmann but he refused, then for now they are in discussions for Rangnick
Xabi Alonso is staying back at Bayern Leverkusen and I don’t see any team going to approach him now again after he has made it clear that he’s going to continue with the team next season. Next season will be a bigger challenge to him. The team will be participating in the champions league matches which they need a coach that have an understanding of the team to help them through in that competition as well as the Budesliga games of the next season. A lot will be waiting to see if he can repeat what he did this season, so all eyes will be on him and his team because no team will take it lightly with them when they meet in all competitions next season.
For the new season, Bayern Munich requires significant changes because Bayer is still with its current coach, so this is a sign that Bayer will try to defend their title and the competition next season will be tighter and more difficult for Bayern.
I thought Thomas Tuchel will be leaving by end of the season and they’re already in search of a new coach to replace him. There are no so many big coaches out there that don’t have a job now but maybe a huge offer will make any of them leave their team to come coach Bayern Munich next season.
Their only hope is the champions league this season after failing to win the Bundesliga. Qualifying for the semifinals of the competition is not an assurance that they can win the tournament, they still need to eliminate the big team Real Madrid which is the most difficult opponent to beat in the champions league.
