After much insistence, it seems that the president of Barcelona finally won and managed to convince Xavi to stay at Barcelona for another season, probably what must have made Xavi change his decision, it was the last games he played with PSG and Real Madrid in both games the referee made suspicious decisions, in any case I hope xavi can win the league next season

...

Yeah I have also seen the news and I'm surprised about the result.  Smiley  Because Xavi was looking very determined to leave. Like you said the chairman was doing everything he could to convince him to stay but first Xavi didn't seem likely to be convinced. Maybe Xavi wanted to give it another shot after starting to get positive results for quite long.

I don't think he is a bad manager at all. He couldn't maintain the success in the La Liga which I criticized him for before but this improvement might be a good sign for the future. Maybe one can say that they are eliminated in the Champions League as well. But I would like to underline an important thing there, it was due to the red card otherwise I believe Barcelona would reach the semi finals.

I had heard earlier that xabi would leave Barcelona but with all the criticism now in the media I saw today that he would stay at Barcelona. It is certainly true that Xabi had vowed to leave the club, but the Barcelona chairman's best efforts have resulted in him staying at Barcelona. I saw in a press release today that Xabi has done enough for Barcelona this season in La Liga to take them to a higher position but maybe next season he will try to be more successful.

It is true that many say Xabi is not responsible as a manager, but I think he is definitely a good and responsible manager. Couldn't sustain the success in Laliga only if he had developed his players a bit better maybe they would have had success, but I don't think that's his fault. Although they have not been able to match Madrid this season, I believe that good things await Barcelona next season, and they will do well in the future. And in the Champions League they certainly played a role enough to get into the semi-finals, but a red card only saw them out of the semi-finals, something the manager could do nothing about. Although I am not a Barcelona fan, but I believe that in the future Barcelona will definitely try to get to a better position and Xabi will lead his team to the top.
