Best in what way exactly?
I think it was pretty obvious that I was referring to the number of posts when I wrote "that our numbers for the last month are the best in the last year or so". But I am sure that now there won't be any confusion. 
I cannot state either way about the number of account farms that operate and how many have multiple accounts enrolled but I hope campaign managers stay vigilant against abuse.
Let me take a devil's advocate role for a second and ask if its even in the forum best interest to remove all those that are abusing campaign rules with their alts? Removing those means less activity on the forum which then may cause fewer campaigns which then may cause less overall activity etc.
