I've never bet on any online game other than
fortune tiger (very little), I want to try something new, but I also want to learn about sports betting and stop just supporting my football team.
Don't worry, if I'm going to bet, it will be after having studied the subject a lot and listening to opinions and recommendations from each answer in this thread.
When I have time, I do research on casinos and sports betting, but what I find is too obvious and impractical, and when I ask my friends at work for advice, they only recommend slot games like
fortune tiger.
Please recommend non-slot casino games that are fun and have interesting odds.
Slots generally have larger house edge that makes winning through slots more difficult. They might be fun to play and the animation could make it feel you're playing longer on same money. So, it's not a bad thing if you are for that sort of fun.
Sports betting could be the only skill based gambling where analysis of past and present conditions might bring you a predictable profit. As the games are a few everyday and you are not betting on all of them, the amount you lose or win could be limited. And it's more waiting than actually watching.
Of quick and low house edge game, I generally go with crash and roulette, both of them have a short animation and a house edge same as that of dice.
