I was in argument with someone. His view is that people who gamble are those that what they have is not sufficient for them and so they try to make more money from gambling. He said if you have sufficient money to take care of your needs that you won't think of gambling. He made reference to some rich people, who don't gamble because they have sufficient money to even gift to charity but that those rich who still gamble are only addicted to it not just because of the money. Therefore, that the percentage of the rich gambling is very small compared to those in middle class and lower class.
So my question is, is the percentage of the rich gambling lower than the middle and lower class?
Op people can actually argue on that because most people have that notion that people that gamble are those that don’t have sufficient money .gambling as the name implies is not meant for any class of people, it is for everyone both the rich and the poor ,short and tall ,middle class, upper class and many more ways anyone can classify it. However, gambling is not meant for the poor but the statistics of those that gamble are the lower class because they see it as a means of increasing their income . The rich also gamble very well and with huge amount they often have the chances of winning games because they select very few games and stake them with huge amount of money unlike those that gamble because they don’t have sufficient money that select a lot of games and stake it with a small amount .
Lastly , gambling is meant for all wether you have sufficient money or you don’t have sufficient money the core idea of gambling is to have fun and entertain the gamblers .
Yes, gambling is open to everyone, regardless of social status or economic prosperity. The excitement that comes from betting on games can be felt by both the rich and the financially challenged. Those who are rich may choose high-stakes games where the pot is large enough to change fortunes, thereby skewing the odds in favor of winning big profits. For those less fortunate, gambling may seem like a quick way to earn extra funds even though it usually carries high risks.
But at its core, gambling is not only about money, but also about entertainment and excitement too. Although the approach taken by each person is different, whether it is playing large amounts or small amounts, because in the end the goal of gambling is to enjoy the gameplay and look for temporary wins. Therefore, although each person has a different approach to gambling, the main point is that they can enjoy gambling in the way they choose.
